- Set Clear Boundaries: Have set working hours and set times to relax- you need a break ! - Prioritize Self-Care: Schedule regular activities like workouts, hikes, or time off of screens - Take Breaks: Love the saying if you don't schedule a break your body will end up scheduling it for you!
