I tried a lot of "good advice" for sugar cravings.

Some things helped a little but none of them actually fully stopped it.

The biggest shift came when I addressed the root cause instead of just managing symptoms.

Once that changed, the cravings finally calmed down.

Sharing this in case it helps someone else stop blaming themselves.
