No-Knead Bread

Easy no knead bread recipe! This loaf I added cheese, garlic, and herbs.

-585 g flour

-520 g water

-2 g active dry yeast

-15g salt

1. Combine all ingredients and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit a minimum of 4 hours or up to 15 hours. I have baked both ways and it always turns out amazing! Add in inclusions after letting dough sit.

**can add whatever you like to the bread. I don’t usually measure ingredients just add until my heart feels like it’s enough. Just don’t add too much “wet” ingredients or bread will not bake correctly. I mix in using my hands (don’t over mix!) then place on the floured parchment to rise while Dutch oven preheats.

2. Preheat oven with Dutch oven for 30 minutes at 450F.

3. Place bread on floured parchment paper. Put in Dutch oven. Place lid and bake covered for 30 minutes.

4. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until desired golden color is reached.

5. Remove from oven. Let cool on wire rack. For best results cool completely before slicing.
