You’ll need: 1/2 cup rolled oats (not instant!) 1/2 cup milk (I absolutely adore using Silk Vanilla Almond Milk for a creamy, slightly sweet base – it makes all the difference!) 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds (for extra thickness and omega-3s) A pinch of salt (enhances all the flavors!) Optional: 1/2 - 1 teaspoon sweetener like maple syrup or honey Just combine all ingredients in a jar, give it a good shake or stir, and refrigerate overnight.
