Got Bat Wings?

Whew the weekend had as all in a chokehold... is everyone alright?!?!

Capcut is still not working so I gave inshot a try for this video and I'm just gonna say I hope capcut comes back 😢 😭

Most importantly the workout and video is complete so let's get into these details!

I used 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells for this workout and did 4 sets of 13 for everything. This workout targets the WHOLE tricep which includes those bat wings.

I personally go as heavy as I can that can get me 12 reps without messing up my form for my tricep days. The progress has been so real with doing these consistently so if this is a struggle point for you TRUST me this works you just can't give up
