Simple Tiramisu Overnight Chia Oats

Ingredients 🌱

• ¼ cup rolled oats

• 2 tablespoons chia seeds

• ½ cup brewed coffee (cooled)

• ¼ cup plant-based milk

• 1-2 teaspoons cocoa powder

• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

• Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

• Extra cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

1. Mix Ingredients: In a jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, coffee, plant-based milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sweetener, and cinnamon. Stir well.

2. Let It Sit: Allow it to sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

3. Refrigerate Overnight: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.

4. Serve & Dust: Before eating, stir again and dust with a little extra cocoa powder on top for that tiramisu touch.
