Protein Birthday Cake Pancakes 🎂🥞

Delicious protein pancakes! Makes 6-8 small pancakes!🧁

Ingredients✨

- 1/4 cup oats

- 1/4 cottage cheese

- 6 tbsp egg whites (about 100 g)

- 1/2 tbsp baking powder

- 1 scoop protein powder (I used birthday cake)

- dash of vanilla and/or cake batter extract

- sweetener (optional)

- 1 tsp sprinkles (I used the Fancy brand!)

- Sprinkles, syrup, whipped cream (optional)

Directions✨

1) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend

2) Add batter to greased skillet in medium heat

3) When pancakes are bubbling, flip to the other side, then place on your plate

4) Top pancakes with syrup, whipped cream, sprinkles and more!🧁
