・ Ginger-grilled pork 6 pieces

・ Sliced cheese... 2 slices

・ Onion... 1 / 4

2 eggs.

・ Salt and pepper to taste

・ Bread crumbs... appropriate amount

Oil... appropriate amount

◎ Cake flour... tablespoon 3

Egg: 1

◎ Water table spoon 1

⚫ ︎ water... 150ml

⚫ ︎ Mentsuyu (double concentrated)... 50 ml

⚫ Sugar... 1 tsp

■ How to make ■

① Mix ◎ in a zip lock to make batter liquid. Cut the cheese in half and slice the onion thinly.

② Place the meat and cheese alternately, sprinkle with salt and pepper and make it adhere firmly. Cut the bag of batter and put it on the meat and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

③ Fry in 180 degree oil until golden brown.

Put ⚫ ︎ and onion in a frying pan, and when the onion is soft, add the cut cutlet and close with beaten egg.
