• Maitake mushrooms 50g

• Leek 20g

• Appropriate amount of white sesame seeds

⚫ ︎ Sesame oil 1 tsp

⚫ ︎ cooking liquor 1 tsp

⚫ ︎ Soy sauce 1 tsp

⚫ ︎ Millet sugar 1 tsp

⚫ ︎ oyster sauce 1 and 1 / 2 tsp

⚫ ︎ 1 teaspoon garlic tube

① Cut thinly sliced pork into bite-size pieces.

② Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices. Maitake mushrooms into small bunches. Wash the chives, cut the roots a little and cut them into 3 to 4 cm lengths.

③ Put ①. ② and ⚫ ︎ in a plastic bag and gently rub and leave for about 10 minutes.

④ Put ③ in a Teflon-coated frying pan and fry over medium to high heat until cooked.
