High protein recipes for hormone balance👇🏻

Never compare yourself to my day of eating because we all have different caloric needs. I always share this for recipe inspo so you have options to choose from throughout the week! I aim to get in 100+ g of protein every single day (ideally you want to aim for 1g/lb of your ideal body weight) and I live an 80/20 lifestyle so I prioritize eating 80% real whole foods and leave the other 20% open for whatever I’d like! Do what makes you feel best at the end of the day 🙌🏻
