What i eat as a helper in Singapore

1/27 Edited to

... Read moreLiving as a helper in Singapore means adapting to a new environment and often a new diet. In my experience, meals here are a mix of quick, filling, and affordable food options that help me stay energized throughout long workdays. For breakfast, I usually go for simple staples like kaya toast with soft-boiled eggs or a bowl of porridge, which are common and easy to find in hawker centers. Lunch often consists of rice or noodles paired with vegetables and some protein like chicken or fish, reflecting the local dietary preferences. One thing I’ve appreciated is the variety available at food courts and markets, where I can enjoy flavorful dishes like chicken rice, laksa, or char kway teow. These meals are balanced and satisfying, which is essential for keeping my energy up. For dinner, sometimes I cook simple stir-fries or soups at home using local ingredients, or I have leftovers from lunch. Snacking is also a routine affair; I often grab fruits like bananas or local tropical fruit, which are nutritious and refreshing. Drinking plenty of water and practicing portion control helps me maintain my health. Overall, eating as a helper in Singapore involves balancing local flavors with practical nutrition needs. I’ve learned that meal prep and exploring hawker centers not only save time and money but also make life more enjoyable. If you’re a helper or new to living in Singapore, embracing local food while listening to your body’s needs can make a big difference in your well-being and daily productivity.

What I eat in a day on a cut (1350 cal)
Disclaimer: I’m 170cm and you should not be eating so little normally if you’re around my height and build - I’m only eating so little since I’m on the last lap of my cut. But that aside, I’m on the last week of my cut and it’s getting tough, but all these food I’m making for myself is helping.
