PUMPKIN PIE PROTEIN FRENCH TOAST
🍞Breakfast for Dinner! I had this thought the other day and decided tonight was the night to try it! Here’s what I did:
Ingredients:
2 slices carbonaut oat bread
1 egg
Splash of almond milk
Vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice… measure w/ your 🫶
Sprinkle of salt
11g Clean Simple Eats Pumpkin Pie protein powder (could use more, I just know how much I can handle 🤗)
Make French toast as one does- mix the wet ingredients, soak the bread, cook in pan (one slice at a time to avoid overcrowding!), top with whatever you’d like and ENJOY!
I topped mine with Skinny Mixed Pumpkin Sauce and Lakanto SF “maple syrup”.
