I notice how easily I identify with my fears while overlooking the holiness that has never left me.
Lesson 211
I am the holy Son of God Himself.
🌿 My mistakes may seem convincing, but they have never changed what I am.
When I become quiet, I begin to recognize that my true identity was established by God, not by my past, my failures, or my fears. His vision of me has never been altered by the stories I have believed about myself.

One powerful takeaway is that our mistakes, no matter how convincing, do not define our true identity. I recall times when I felt overwhelmed by guilt or failure, but through practicing the quiet mindfulness this lesson suggests, I was able to connect with a deeper truth—that I am not my body or my faults but a sacred creation, unchanging and free.
The idea of being "MovingStill" resonated deeply with me. It’s like being present in the moment while recognizing the eternal essence within. This balance helps me face fears without being consumed by them. Every time I choose to remember who I really am, it’s like piecing together a puzzle, slowly revealing a clearer picture of the Self that God has always known. This practice cultivates a profound sense of peace and freedom.
Additionally, focusing on the line "I am not a body. I am free. For I am still as God created me" helped me shift my perspective on physical limitations and mistakes. It encourages embracing a divine function or purpose that leads to true freedom, beyond worldly illusions. By seeking and accepting this function, I find empowerment and liberation from the harsh narratives formed by past errors or fears.

Try moments of silence and reflection to detach from fears and reconnect with your inherent holiness—this can spark greater confidence in your spiritual journey and a lighter heart toward your human experiences.
