It was established in Love from the very beginning and has never been altered. I don't become lovable by doing enough or proving enough. I simply remember that the Love which created me remains the truth of what I am.

Today I'm paying attention to every moment I define myself by something temporary. Instead, I'm choosing to rest in the unchanging truth that Love is not only what God gives—it is the very foundation of my identity.

It’s like a veil lifting; suddenly, I recalled that my essence has always been love, a love that remains intact regardless of life's fluctuations. This shift brought an immense peace, as I no longer felt pressured to prove my worth to anyone, including myself. What's especially powerful is the insight that this love-based identity is untouched by time or circumstance. The lesson highlights that this truth has been preserved by a divine peace that transcends change. By embracing this, I felt a spiritual groundedness — a restored connection to universal consciousness, as it calls itself in the lesson. This approach has practical implications too: instead of reacting to every fleeting emotion or circumstance, I aim to pause and remember that my core self is anchored in love. This has improved my relationships and personal mindset, fostering forgiveness, kindness, and deeper empathy. It encourages us to rest in the knowledge that we are inherently lovable, without conditions or the need for proof.
