5 g grated garlic

a pinch of sliced red pepper

onion 100 g

Paprika 100g of red and yellow

Vegetable oil 5g

Oyster sauce 20g

Soy sauce 15g

Sugar 7 g

About 5 shiso (perilla)

A little salt and pepper

Appropriate amount of rice

2-3 fried eggs

How to make it

Cut the onion and paprika into 1 cm squares. Cut the perilla into 0.5-1 cm squares.

2 Put oil in a frying pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry. When it is cooked, add onion, paprika and sliced red pepper and stir-fry until soft.

3 Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar, stir-fry lightly, season with salt and pepper, add shiso leaves, mix quickly and turn off the heat. Put it on rice and put a fried egg on it and it's done!
