HAPPY MONDAY!!

Kicked off the week with some triceps work. I used 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells and did 3 sets of 12-15 for everything.

I feel like I'm gonna sound repetitive but this workout with at least 30 mins cardio will work wonders for your bat wings...mine have came a LONG way !
