2 tasses de corn flakes, légèrement écrasés

1/3 tasse de beurre d’arachide naturel croquant

3 c. à soupe de sirop d’érable

2 c. à soupe de sucre de coco

1/2 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille

3 c. à soupe d’huile de coco

une pincée de sel

1 1/4 tasse de pépites de chocolat noir

1 c. à thé d’huile de coco (optionnel, pour rendre le chocolat plus liquide)

faire fondre le sirop d’érable, le sucre de coco, la vanille, l’huile de coco et le sel à feu doux jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit bien lisse.

ajouter le beurre d’arachide croquant.

verser sur les corn flakes écrasés et mélanger délicatement pour bien enrober.

presser le mélange dans un moule à pain tapissé de papier parchemin. faire fondre le chocolat avec l’huile de coco et verser sur les barres.
