2/3 tasse (150 ml) de lait au choix

1/2 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille ou de pâte de vanille

1/4 c. à thé d’extrait d’amande

pincée de sel

tourbillon crème d’amandes (optionnel)

1 c. à soupe (15 g) de beurre d’amande

1 à 2 c. à thé (5–10 ml) de sirop d’érable

1 à 2 c. à soupe (15–30 ml) de lait (pour diluer)

garnitures (optionnel)

yogourt grec

amandes tranchées

sucre d’érable

instructions

ajoutez les flocons d’avoine, le skyr, la datte, les graines de chia, la protéine, le lait, la vanille, l’extrait d’amande et le sel dans un mélangeur ou un robot culinaire.

mixez jusqu’à obtenir une texture épaisse, lisse et crémeuse. raclez les parois et mixez de nouveau si nécessaire.

dans un petit bol, mélangez le beurre d’amande, le sirop d’érable et le lait jusqu’à obtenir une texture lisse et légèrement fluide.

transférez les flocons d’avoine mixés dans un bol ou un pot, puis ajoutez le tourbillon de crème d’amandes sur le dessus.

terminez avec des amandes tranchées et un filet au choix.
