God is but Love, and therefore so am I.
🌿 Fear often begins with a simple assumption.
That I am on my own.
Separate from others.
Separate from God.
Separate from the life that sustains me.
Once that assumption is accepted, countless other fears follow.
The lessons being reviewed today challenge that assumption directly.
🧩 (163) There is no death. The Son of God is free.
This lesson points beyond appearances.
What is created by God cannot be reduced to what happens in time.
Life is greater than the forms through which it is expressed.
🧩 (164) Now are we one with Him Who is our Source.
This lesson reminds me that union is not a future achievement.
It is a present reality.
The separation I fear has never truly occurred.
Together, these lessons reveal a Self that remains connected to its Source.
A Self that cannot be defined by loss because it has never been separated from life itself.
Today I'm paying attention to where I treat separation as though it were a fact.
Where fear convinces me I am disconnected or alone.
Not arguing with fear.
But becoming more willing to remember what remains true beneath it.
God is but Love, and therefore so am I.
